Talent acquisition and executive leaders, are you prepared for all of the changes coming in talent acquisition and retention?
Organizational strategy and workforce planning are harder than ever. In today’s global economy, companies are dealing with talent shortages, increased competition, market volatility, and regulatory complexity. And, the rise of AI and automation is changing the way that business works.
The talent shortage is not short-term or cyclical, and it won’t be solved by traditional recruiting means. To stay competitive, companies need a solid strategy in place to adapt to the future of talent acquisition and retention.
So, how do we make sure we’re prepared?
Join us on February 15th from 12-1 PM! In this session moderated by Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Erica Edwards of Caribou Coffee and led by nationally recognized recruiting expert, speaker, and author Tom Erb, we’ll learn more about:
- The current and future state of the labor market.
- The impact of AI on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- How to adapt your recruiting function to attract and retain the talent you need.
HR professionals and organizational leaders who manage workforce strategy and planning won’t want to miss this informative lunch & learn! As an approved recertification provider for SHRM and HRCI, this event qualifies for one PDC.
We’re sending pre-event packages to early registrants!
Don’t wait to register! While supplies last, those who register early may choose to receive a pre-event package (hint: snacks and goodies!) prior to the event.
