Founded in 1969, this organization is an established global software enterprise with more than $800 million in annual revenue and 2500+ employees in 50 worldwide locations.
As a fast-growing company driving revenue and market share in a dynamic industry with highly specialized products. Candidates needed to be able to hit the ground running. Understaffed departments were operating at maximum capacity and in need of additional leadership. Teams were striving to meet high demand during a pivotal period of growth and change.
Finding executive leadership with the right experience and qualifications can be challenging in any industry but this is especially true in the competitive tech space. As smaller organizations and start-ups continued to dominate the talent landscape, Advent’s client was not readily finding the level of experience and leadership they needed.
The three primary challenges the organization was experiencing:
- Finding qualified candidates in a niche category of a highly regulated industry
- Sourcing leadership for a mature tech organization with startups dominating the employment market in their space
- Understaffed departments; leadership and teams stretched to maximum capacity
Having recently placed several marketing and creative specialists to successfully complete a major rebrand for the organization, Advent Creative had developed a strong hiring partnership with the digital, marketing, and creative teams. Immediately, Advent began tapping into its deep talent network and sourcing qualified candidates across SaaS companies with similar acquisition strategies and growth rates.
Furthermore, Advent Creative worked with internal stakeholders to reference and develop key organizational charts and career pathing to ensure the candidates presented were able to take the reins of their new roles quickly and successfully.
