[Upcoming Event] Diversity’s Revolving Door: How to Engage and Retain Diverse Employees

When it comes to workplace diversity, recruiting is often the focus. But what happens after diverse talent makes their way through the door?

ADVENTure Series Event

When it comes to workplace diversity, attracting and recruiting diverse talent is often the primary focus. But what happens after diverse employees make their way through the door? Based on the data, not enough.

The disproportionate amount of attention and resources aimed at diversity recruitment over retention means that many companies – including those with solid diversity recruitment programs – are struggling to retain the very employees they are working so hard to attract.

In this complimentary seminar hosted by Advent Talent Group, we’ll learn best practices for improving diversity retention from Milpha Thomas Blamo of The Minneapolis Foundation. Milpha will share proven techniques for employers to use during key touchpoints with diverse employees, including onboarding, 30, 60, and 90 days post-hire, and beyond.

This seminar qualifies for 1.5 professional development credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
