How exciting for us! It has been our vision at Advent Talent Group for four years to be fully and completely independent – to provide the payroll and benefits for our talent and to work directly with our clients (instead of utilizing an outsourced provider). Well, WE DID IT! Such a big accomplishment and yet our actual INDEPENDENCE DAY was, in a word, anti-climactic.
