This candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver, in addition to using MailChimp, Constant Contact, Vertical Response, and Emma.  She has designed templates and graphics from scratch and used library assets – in both cases, she optimized content to create a cohesive look and delivered clean files.
