Office Manager, Versatile and Caring

This ATG candidate has a great deal of experience in office manager/administrative roles. She also has a background in receptionist/front desk responsibilities but prefers office management and administrative support to reception.

A few highlights include:

  • Handles office responsibilities with ease, ensuring the organization runs smoothly (ordering supplies, phone/email communication, scheduling, sorting mail, invoicing, hiring/termination, filing/scanning/copying, etc).
  • Experience with payroll, accounts receivable/payable, taking payments, and handling petty cash/deposits and reconciliations. She is familiar using UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Extremely caring individual; works with special needs children as a volunteer and paraprofessional and, as an Employment Specialist, managed and assisted workers with traumatic brain injuries.
