Customer Service Manager, Adaptable & Driven

This ATG candidate is an experienced Customer Service guru who worked his way up to Customer Service and Warranty manager. He started at a manufacturing company in production in 2005.  By 2007, he moved to a customer service role in their call center. This position entailed walking callers through technical processes regarding the set-up and repair of satellite systems and antennas for RV’s. In 2012, he was promoted to management and oversaw the customer service department, where he had seven direct reports. This candidate is adaptable and a quick learner.  During training, he learned the product and process so quickly that he was ready to fly solo on the phones within two days instead of the typical five-day timeframe.
