I really appreciate the help that you and the rest of Advent have provided, both in connecting me and also checking in/giving advice. I feel that I’m in good hands, and that’s an encouraging thing to feel in a daunting employment market.
I appreciate having Advent Group as back up these past several months. You have an impressive company, Mary.
Thank you, Sue, you have been a real blessing!
Dear Super Team-
I wanted to Thank everyone for the fun, learning experience you’ve given me in my short time here at Advent. I appreciate how amazing you guys have been – your patient, understanding, trusting, kind, friendly and hard working. I’m grateful for my time here and want to emphasize how great it’s been to be a part of a team. I’m a firm believer that things don’t just happen by coincidence.
One of the things I’ve tried to look for in every job is the opportunity to make a real impact in someone’s life and to have as a purpose, driving the work I do. It’s no coincidence that I got to help you guys make a lasting input on people’s lives. You guys are changing people’s lives in a positive way every single day, and I’ve felt like your attitude to do good and make a positive impact is infectious. I wish you guys success and all the best.
An offer was made! Thank Goodness. I attribute a large part of that to you, as they still might be off looking if you hadn’t been so awesome to let me share your words with them. Thank you again 🙂
You made the application and interview process run so smoothly, and I think that it’s rare to find a recruiting manager like yourself.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Katy as my recruiter while I was looking for a job in the advertising/marketing field. Katy is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. She is relentless in looking for new opportunities that fit my needs. I really appreciate that she takes the time to review jobs and only present me the ones that will actually fit my needs and wants, rather than having me try to adjust my needs and wants to fit the job.
She’s always very professional, but at the same time friendly and personable. She’s the type of person you feel like you’ve known forever the moment you talk to her on the phone (and not just because she may share your name!). She goes out of her way to make you feel like her only candidate (although I know she’s juggling many). She spends the extra time answering my questions and gives me tips about companies that I’m interviewing with, she even takes the extra step to text me and wish me good luck before my interview – an easy, but definitely appreciated extra which other recruiters don’t do.
Overall, I really can’t say enough about Katy, I will, and have, recommended her to friends that are currently searching for new career opportunities. Great job!
I had the great fortune to work with Katy when I first moved to the Twin Cities region. After thoroughly inquiring about my interests, skill set, and experience, Katy swiftly located the perfect placement for me in the nonprofit sector. Not only did Katy initiate the placement, but she also actively checked in on me during the first few months on the job to gauge my overall happiness with the position.
I cannot overstate how much I appreciated her personal touch. To this day I am happy in the position, and I am immensely grateful for Katy’s efforts. I did not anticipate such a smooth, pleasant job search process as a new resident. I would highly recommend Katy to all young creative professionals looking for positions in the area.
Katy is outstanding when it comes to marketing creative talent, and she really delivers! She’s committed to finding the best fit, meeting your salary requirements, and making sure it’s a job you can live with. Pleasant to work with and always has a smile in her voice!
Katy is the most thorough, thoughtful and responsive recruiter I’ve had the pleasure to work with over the past 15 years. She sincerely cares about her clients and always wants to find the best fit for them. She is supportive, informative and even sends tips and reminders. A true rock star!
