This HR Recruiting Coordinator is passionate about the “human” side of human resources. Their background includes a variety of HR responsibilities including sourcing, recruiting, administrative, onboarding and offboarding, as well as screening and interviewing candidates. They have ATS management experience and have trained new employees and volunteers.
In addition to their HR experience, they also have an administrative and customer service background. They have managed office clerical tasks, have experience working one on one with customers and providing a high level of service, and maintaining industry compliance.
