A big shout out and CONGRATS from our whole team to Advent Talent Group owner and president, Mary Younggren, on her appointment as the 2022 President-Elect of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Mary was selected for a NAWBO Achieve! Established Woman Award in 2017 and has served on the board of directors for NAWBO MN since 2018. Through countless hours of service, Mary has been instrumental in driving pivotal growth and change for the organization these past several years. A few of Mary’s contributions to NAWBO’s mission of propelling women into economic, social, and political spheres include advocacy and support of key equity initiatives, pushing sponsorship and membership outcomes to new heights, and advancing the new, highly successful Catalyst Fund initiative.
