Due to a major launch happening in April, this client needed a variety of specialists across multiple departments to supplement their internal resources and to execute the goals of the project successfully.

How to Build an In-House Agency in Three Weeks Flat

The submission, interview, and selection process all needed to occur during the last three weeks of December, arguably the most challenging time of year for hiring. Despite the challenges of recruiting during the holiday season, Advent quickly delivered highly-qualified candidates for UX/UI, Social Media, Production Design, and Copy Editing.

This position was of the utmost priority, as the role would be integral in orchestrating the user-centered vision and design strategy for their major website redesign.

Once again, Advent Creative quickly submitted an exceptional candidate for consideration. This candidate was unanimously selected by the client interview team as the top candidate for the role and selected to start.
