The short answer is yes. Advent has many years of experience with placing and managing virtual staff. We will be there every step of the way to ensure success – through interviewing, onboarding, training, and beyond.

What security measures are in place to protect me?

All of our contractors are background checked and sign a confidentiality agreement to protect you and your business. We’ll work with you to establish best practices on a case by case basis and add other contracts or screenings as needed.

I am new to the virtual concept. Is there someone who can help me?

Yes, you will be assigned to an account manager who will walk you through the entire process. They will act as a resource and coach throughout the duration of the assignment.
